Has anyone wondered why she is wearing snow boots (or at least they look they snow boots) with shorts and a half shirt? I've seen her wearing shorts, in a totally different picture too and she was wearing those same boots... just struck me as odd. Maybe that's a fashion statement??? any ideas?
